There's always the option under the "publishing" section of the Settings tab to just change the URL. (as long as it's available, of course) That way, you can change the name and URL while still keeping everything that's here rather than starting over.
If you do start a new blog... Just make sure to let us all know where it is. :) That's all I ask.
Or you could do what Ruthie Stella suggested, and just change the URL. That might work, and then we can go back and admire all your 2010 in 2010 posts.
I definitely think that you should keep the same blog, but just change the name and URL. It would be a pain to re-post all your beautiful photos, unless you save the information on your blog.
